Alhamdulillah, dari kantor kami PTIK, Gedung Teknologi 3 Puspiptek Serpong sudah bisa akses ke science direct & IEEE journals tanpa password (saya baru sadar hari ini, 12 Juni 2012). Thanks to Indonesian Ministry for Research and Technology that already facilitated all researchers in government research institutions the access to Science Direct and IEEE journals. Access to scientific journals has been a luxury for years !
When I was a bachelor student (91-95), I had to collect money so as I could call my family in Indonesia, once in a month for 30 minutes. When I was a master student (97-), my only dream was to have a laptop and internet access so as I could check what happened in Indonesia after waked up in the morning. My dreams came true when I bought my first VAIO in 98. When I returned to Indonesia in 2007, my dream was to have free access to science direct and IEEE journals. It came true after patiently working for 5 years and moved to current office in Serpong. Human always has a dream and it is free of charge. Walt Disney said “If you can dream it, you can do it. Always remember that this whole thing was started with a dream and a mouse.” …. I have 5 hamsters at home. This is a good time to start a new dream 
(My dream is offcourse not to become the 6-th hamster, though)
