Kemarin saya dikirimi sahabat di SMA (dokter), alat ukur kualitas tidur produksi Huawei, Honor Band 5. Dengan alat tersebut saya mencoba mengukur kualitas tidur saya. Ternyata hasilnya tidak terlalu bagus. Score saya 72 point, walaupun saya sudah tidur sesuai standar (usia 50 disarankan 7 jam tidur tiap malam).
